When I discus with customer about his/her project and then we agree that we will work together to complete this project, there is my working process:
1. Clear every requirements from customer
It's need to be clarified every requirements of customers before you start to implement any project.
2. Make sure that if customer have additional requirements, we will implement it on another phase of the project.
3. Get confirmations from customer via business requirement documentations.
4. Plan time and cost.
This plan should be separated in many steps and when each step has been done, it needs the confirmation from customer.
5. Testing plan.
Do your test when you implement your project, it needs your testing and customer testing.
6. Post go live support.
When project go live, you also need to have post go live support to fix every bugs of project.
